Unicom began delivering telecoms services in 1996and operates across many countries. Unicom’s British operation is based in London and has invested heavily in the latest technology to improve services.
Unicom offers both Pre-paid and Post-paid telephony services to both domestic and business customers and operates a number of tariff plans specialising in subjects such as foreign calling and residential communication.
Voice calls are made through Carrier Pre Selection (CPS), which routes your calls through a new home phone supplier without needing to dial an access code or having equipment installed. BT will still own, run and send you bills for your line rental and Unicom will send a separate bill for your calls. This service is only available to customers with a BT landline.
