Energy supplier SSE has announced it is set to launch a new online portal to boost the economy of the Scottish Highlands.
It will help enterprises and service providers in the region by offering opportunities to do business with the gas and electricity provider.
The platform could also help boost the company's investment in new energy developments in the area, which may eventually result in homes and businesses being able to get cheap energy.
"This is an exciting opportunity for Highland businesses to work with SSE as they develop their extensive portfolio of projects throughout the area," said convener of the Highland Council Jimmy Gray.
He urged all local businesses to register for the scheme, as it will provide "immense" economic benefits.
Earlier this year, SSE reaffirmed its commitment to the Highland region with the creation of 50 new jobs at its Inverness headquarters as part of "significant levels" of investment in the area.
