Gas Boiler Cover NB: There is an initial 28-day period when you're not covered, giving you 11 months' cover in your first year. This makes the effective cost of cover £8.11 a month. Gas Boiler Breakdown Insurance for emergency repairs HomeServe’s Gas Boiler Cover gives you peace of mind all year long with a low fixed annual fee, together with a £50 charge each time a boiler repair is needed. HomeServe will send out an approved Gas Safe Registered engineer when you need one. This Gas Boiler Cover meets the needs of homeowners who require gas boiler insurance cover and expert assistance in the event of a gas boiler breakdown. Some of the Gas Boiler Cover benefits (inclusions): · Cover for gas boiler and boiler pump repairs, boiler leaks and boiler electrical faults · Repairs by a HomeServe approved Gas Safe Registered engineer · Unlimited claims per year · £200 towards a new boiler if it's beyond economical repair What the Gas Boiler Cover doesn't include (exclusions): · No claims in the first 28 days just for the first year · Anything that isn't part of your gas boiler, such as radiators, the hot water cylinder or cold water supply tank · Separate gas heaters providing hot water · LPG fuelled boilers and dual purpose boilers such as Aga and Rayburn
