Compare home emergency and central heating policiesThere are two types of insurance that you can take out to insure your home against the break down of your boiler or heating systems:

  1. Home Emergency Insurance

    - covers not just heating and hot water but also electrics, plumbing, broken windows, lost keys, vermin, and more. (NB. Heating is not generally covered in the summer as it is not deemed a home emergency)


  2. Heating Insurance or Heat Cover

    - these cover your heating and hot water systems all year round but not any other home emergencies unless you pay for add-ons to the policies.

  4. What will you have to pay us for this service?
    No fee [we will be paid by commission from the insurance company].

  5. Who regulates us?

    Europ Assistance Insurance Limited and Europ Assistance Holdings Limited are both covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the FSCS, if Europ assistance Insurance Limited or Europ Assistance Holdings Limited are unable to meet its obligations. More information can be obtained from the www.fscs.org.uk website.
