Residents in Gainsborough are set to benefit from the launch of a new service that aims to help homeowners learn more about how to get cheap energy.
The town's B&Q store has unveiled an energy saving initiative that can be accessed online and via a dedicated call centre, the Gainsborough Target reports.
A team of specialists will offer free advice, home assessments, payment tips, products and installations, as well as after-care support for those keen to reduce their energy bills.
Martyn Phillips, the chief executive officer of B&Q UK and Ireland, said: "We've been working with experts in energy efficiency and invested in new products, services and training."
The scheme aims to help people to make their homes more energy efficient so they can save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
B&Q offers a range of energy saving measures, including attic, wall, boiler replacement, heating control upgrade and solar thermal panels.
