“I would not hesitate to recommend energy helpline to others - great service”
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help. I have received an excellent service from yourself and you made everything very clear for me. I was very grateful for the follow up calls that you made as well - time is always tight for our charity at this time of year, so this was an invaluable service for us.
Many thanks again, I would not hesitate to recommend energy helpline to others - great service. Best wishes for the festive season

“The information given was extremely helpful in the selection of energy providers”
This is to say thank you very much for your valued information yesterday. The information given was extremely helpful in the selection of energy providers. You are certainly a star shining brightly and need to be promoted. You are customer centred in your approach. I do not give this sort of credit lightly but you certainly deserve this from me.
I sincerely thank you for your time and the manner in which you call and spoke with me and your endeavour to help.
Regards.

However there have been some glimmers of hope
recently. Businesses using the energyhelpline
