With British Gas HomeCare™ you don't have to worry about breakdowns or expensive boiler repairs. From as little as £9.00 a month, you’ll have peace of mind that you can call its customer helpline day or night and an engineer will be with you as soon as possible. You’ll also have the benefit of an annual service check by one of its engineers to ensure that your boiler is working safely and efficiently. With HomeCare® 100™ you'll benefit from * Boiler and controls repairs. * Unlimited call outs per contract year. + Parts and labour included.[2] * Annual service of your boiler with a safety and energy efficiency check. * Replacing your boiler if it is less than 7 years old and cannot be repaired. 10 years if installed by British Gas and you have had a continuous cover agreement for the life of the boiler. * Manned customer breakdown line 24/7. * Over 6000 highly qualified Gas Safe (formerly CORGI) registered engineers. * Collect Nectar points. * Accidental damage because accidents happen. There are a few exceptions * Cosmetic or third party damage. * Design or pre-existing faults. * Central heating system. * System improvements e.g. Adding an additional radiator. * Plumbing & drains. * Home electrics.
