We've tried to build our service from the consumer's perspective. We show a range of cheap options and how much these cost. The policy descriptions outline exactly what cover is provided so you can choose your best option.
If you choose to apply for a policy you can do so quickly and easily using our online sign up forms. This only takes a few minutes and because it's all done online there's no need to fill out any paper forms or sign any contracts.
You will then receive a confirmation email and the heating/home emergency insurance company will contact you to inform you when your policy will go live, or to organise an engineer's visit to your house (not required for Homecall Plus). Generally, it will take a week for your cover to come into effect.
Applying is very straightforward. All you need to provide is three pieces of information:-
- Some basic personal details including your name, address and postcode
- Some details about your central heating system (if you have one)
- Your bank details (to fill out a direct debit form)
