How long will it take to switch supplier?

 

It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to switch suppliers and will oversee the process on your behalf.

 

 

How much does your service cost?

 

 

Our service is provided free of charge to clients.  For each contract that we arrange with suppliers we earn a fee from the selected supplier.  The prices we have access to are the same or often better than those that you would get by going to the supplier directly

 

 

How do I know that this is the best deal for me?

 

We work with over 11 energy companies, 6 telephone companies and each of the mobile networks.  In some cases the rates we have from suppliers have been negotiated and are exclusive to our company – often up to 10% cheaper than what the suppliers can offer direct.

 

 

Do I have to do anything to change supplier?

 

The only thing you must do is give termination notice to your current supplier and sign a new contract. We will do the rest with your new supplier.

Giving sufficient termination notice should prevent your old supplier objecting to you leaving. However, your current supplier may object on the grounds of outstanding debt or contract. Also some electricity suppliers may not object but will charge you if you leave before the contract ends.

We would advise you to read over the terms and conditions of your existing contract before entering a new contract.
