How do I get a quote?

 

We ask clients to fax us a recent copy of their gas, electricity or telecoms bill and within 24 hours you will be emailed a quote based on a search of alternative suppliers in the market.   The quote will detail the savings you can expect from the rates we have offered.

 

If you like the quote we have offered we will arrange the contract between you and the supplier and ensure that the transfer progress runs smoothly.

Why do you need to see a copy of my gas bill?

 

Your bill shows us a 10 digit Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) – this is a unique reference for the gas meter at your property.  We need to MPRN (or M number) so that we can confirm your annual consumption and ensure that we quote you the correct price.  Without an MPRN we cannot offer you a price.

 

 

Why do you need to see a copy of my electricity bill?

 

Your bill shows us a 21 digit Supply Number or MPAN – this is a unique reference for each electricity meter at your property.  We need the Supply Number or MPAN in order to identify the correct tariff for you – it tells us what kind of meter you have, which supply area you are in and what kind of electricity user you are.  Without Supply Number or MPAN we cannot offer you a price.  Normally a Supply Number or MPAN will look like this:

Why do you need to see a copy of my telephone bill?

 

 

This allows us to provide a clear analysis of the savings you make according to your call destinations.  Additionally, for mobile bills, if you make frequent calls to other colleagues within your company we may recommend calling plans that give you free calls to colleagues.
